Orders will be shipped within 2-10 business days after placing an order, using NZ Post Courier. All parcels come with an additional "Delivered with Photo" service. Shipments originate from Christchurch, New Zealand, and can be expected to arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch. Same-city deliveries may arrive the next day, or customers can opt for self-pickup by contacting us via WeChat.

Return Policy

1. You have 7 days to decide if the item is suitable for you. If you wish to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: discounted products, opened or used products, products with changed batch numbers, products purchased with the wrong color due to personal reasons.

3. All returns will be refunded to the credit/debit card used for purchase.

4. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of items that have been used, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

5. Items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned. If there are accompanying gifts, they must be returned together.

6. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

7. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
